About the Role

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst for an upcoming AI powered Mathematics Learning Platform being developed for a UK based client.

This is a fully remote opportunity, working closely with UK stakeholders. The selected candidate will lead end to end product delivery, from requirement definition through to successful production launch.

This is a high impact role requiring strong experience in LMS platforms, AI enabled systems, AWS architecture, Agile delivery, and UK compliance awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Product and Requirements Leadership

• Own the Business Requirements Specification and detailed SOW
• Translate product vision into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Manage epics, features, backlog prioritisation, and traceability using Jira
• Define AI workflow logic, adaptive learning flows, and guardrail rules
• Work closely with AI, architecture, UX, and engineering teams
• Ensure curriculum alignment and domain bound AI behaviour

AI and LMS Platform Ownership

• Define student assessment workflow including adaptive questionnaires
• Define AI logic for question generation, evaluation, and feedback systems
• Ensure governance of programmable AI guardrails including input, retrieval, execution, and output controls
• Collaborate on LLM integrations such as GPT, Claude, Gemini
• Drive student skill profiling and progress tracking logic

Technical and Architecture Collaboration

• Work with architects on AWS based system design
• Understand API Gateway, Cognito, RDS, S3, Redis, AI integration layers
• Review architecture artefacts, system flows, and risk mapping
• Ensure scalability for web and mobile applications
• Participate in solution reviews and technical discussions

Compliance and Safeguarding

• Ensure UK GDPR alignment and child data protection standards
• Incorporate age verification, content filtering, and AI output review workflows
• Ensure auditable and deterministic AI workflows

Agile Delivery Governance

• Work within a 2 week sprint model
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demo sessions
• Define Definition of Done and acceptance validation
• Coordinate with Delivery Manager and Engineering Leads
• Ensure milestone based execution and predictable delivery

Required Experience

• 10 to 15 years of experience as Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst
• Strong experience delivering LMS or EdTech platforms
• Experience working on AI enabled systems, including LLM integration
• Experience defining adaptive learning engines or assessment workflows
• Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and cloud based SaaS systems
• Hands on experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with international clients, preferably UK
• Strong documentation skills including SOW, BRD, PRD, API documentation
• Experience in curriculum aligned or education domain solutions preferred

Technical Understanding Required

• AI workflows, LLM integration, guardrails and safety layers
• LMS systems and content management
• REST and GraphQL APIs
• React based frontend architecture
• Node.js backend environments
• AWS services such as Cognito, RDS, S3, API Gateway
• Understanding of payment integrations such as Stripe or PayPal
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging frameworks

Contract Terms

• Remote work from India
• Initial contract 8 to 12 months
