Responsibilities
  • Produce and manage prime-time shows and digital content, covering current affairs, trending topics, and audience-driven narratives.
  • Oversee end-to-end content production, from ideation, scripting, and shoot planning to final editing and delivery.
  • Manage content operations across platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, TV, and Instagram, ensuring timely publishing and high-impact posts.
  • Lead creative development, including concept creation, storytelling direction, and visual execution for broadcast and digital formats.
  • Handle post-production workflows, including editing supervision, quality checks, and final packaging for on-air and digital releases.
  • Curate, script, and edit short-form content such as reels and shorts to maximize reach, engagement, and retention.
  • Track digital trends, news cycles, and audience behavior to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, design, marketing, and technical teams to maintain brand tone and visual identity.
  • Coordinate production schedules, locations, equipment, and crew to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Support script development and creative brainstorming for innovative and compelling content ideas.
  • Occasionally take on-camera or anchoring responsibilities when required.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in content production, digital media, or news broadcasting.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and social media content strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling, scripting, and content editing skills.
  • Experience in video production, post-production workflows, and content packaging.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced news or digital media environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
