Remote (Flexible, but must overlap 7:00–11:00 AM CET)

Hours:

The Gig (What You'll Actually Do):
This role is strictly execution-focused.

Your main mission will be crafting 2-3 compelling, high-converting video conceps per day for Meta and TikTok, working from approved concepts and raw assets provided by our creative team.

You are the perfect fit if:
You are a wizard in Premiere Pro.
You live and breathe D2C performance marketing. You know how to craft short-form videos that stop the scroll, utilize strong hooks, and make people take action.
You have extreme attention to detail.

(We will instantly reject mistakes like edits with audio panned to only one ear, typos in the auto-captions, or lazy pacing).

You actively use AI tools (ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance your workflow and elevate production value—not as a cheap shortcut.
