Strong senior motion graphics designer profile
Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have Minimum 3+ years of professional motion design experience. It can include both product interfaces/micro-interactions and long form motions graphics/videos of products/ads/ideas etc for marketing/social media.
Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have handled complete motion projects independently, including Concept to final delivery, Storyboarding, Animation execution, Final export/implementation.
Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong portfolio showcasing Motion graphics quality and creativity, UI/UX animations or digital campaign motion work, Micro-interactions, explainers and Variety in styles and formats (short videos, UI motion, branding, etc.)
Mandatory (Collaboration):Must have experience collaborating with designers and developers, and be able to clearly articulate motion decisions and UX rationale.
Mandatory (Tools & Skills) – Must have strong expertise in Figma, After Effects, Protopie, Lottie, and related prototyping tools.
Mandatory (Note): Candidate current title could be a UI/UX designer, but if they have worked on motions graphics, can also be considered, though work should be there in portfolio and mentioned in CV as well
