🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Drive sales growth and business expansion across PAN India through strategic planning and new customer acquisition

✔ Focus on FTL business development with corporates, limited companies & HNI B2B clients

✔ Lead sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strong customer satisfaction

✔ Negotiate commercial terms, freight rates, and service agreements while maintaining profitability

✔ Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing regional team

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✔ Deep understanding of FTL transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations

✔ Proven track record in sales, business development & key account management

✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills

✔ Analytical thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability

🔹 Qualifications

🎓 Graduate / MBA (Sales, Marketing, or Logistics preferred)

📈 10–20 years of experience in transport & logistics

🚚 Minimum 15+ years in FTL sales

🌐 Strong PAN India client network will be a major advantage
