Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Manager / Senior Manager – Market Research to lead market intelligence initiatives across all our business units. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic decisions, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute comprehensive market research projects across domestic and international markets
  • Analyse industry trends, customer operational and expansion plans, and competitor strategies to inform business planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership
  • Monitor macroeconomic indicators and regulatory developments impacting the steel product & renewable energy segment
  • Build and maintain databases of market intelligence and research reports

  • Requirements:
  • MBA from a top-tier management institute.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in market research, preferably within the steel/steel product and renewable energy segment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and visualisation tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for uncovering insights that drive business growth
