    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, within the renewable energy sector. As a Marketing & Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and expand our market reach.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the renewable energy sector.
  • Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, technical-commercial bids, and tender documentation.
  • Participate in tendering processes, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Provide strategic inputs to senior management for business growth and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and digital content.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand professional networks.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing and sales team members.

  • Qualifications:
  • Master’s / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10 years of proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, is a plus.
