Job Purpose

To provide strategic financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis support to ensure business goals are achieved, processes are efficient, and senior management receives accurate and timely financial insights for decision making.


Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and refine complex financial models to support business planning, evaluate financial health, and analyze key performance indicators to highlight risks and opportunities.

  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present timely financial reports including monthly/quarterly MIS, dashboards, variance analysis (budget vs. actual), and performance metrics for senior management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to collect financial data and ensure cross-organization financial alignment.

  • Process Improvement: Enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms.


Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced MS Excel.

  • Strong capability in financial analysis, forecasting, and projections.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication, report-drafting, and presentation ability.

  • Stakeholder management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage large volumes of complex financial data.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

  • Preferred/Additional Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com)

  • Minimum Experience: 5–6 years in the service industry
