ADP is seeking a Marketing Technology Delivery Lead to head the India-based team responsible for managing global marketing technology platforms. In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery and platform oversight across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AdTech, MarTech integrations, and other Marketing Automation platforms. You will lead a team of Martech and AdTech developers and work closely with U.S. based technology and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.
  • *Role Overview:**
  • - Own delivery, performance, reliability, and scalability of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, DataCloud, and other Martech platforms and integrations
    - Oversee management and governance of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, identity resolution, and harmonization workflows
    - Support marketing automation platforms including Eloqua and Workfront
    - Support Ad Tech Platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Integration to Paid Media Platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, CM360, and Google Marketing Platform
    - Support data integration platforms including Databricks and Snaplogic
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Act as primary point of contact for business interactions, issue resolution, and roadmap execution
    - Lead and manage the India-based Martech and AdTech teams, providing hands-on mentorship and creating a high-performance culture
    - Collaborate with global marketing tech and business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
    - Drive platform governance, data security, and documentation standards
    - Track delivery metrics, identify risks, and ensure continuous improvement across teams
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - 10+ years in marketing technology roles, with at least 2+ years in delivery or people leadership
    - Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Automation platforms, APIs & Integration, and AdTech Stack
    - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across time zones
    - Proven ability to lead technical solutioning and manage cross-functional delivery
    - Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
