Evaluate commercial assumptions, identify key value drivers, and assess downside risks.

Design shareholder protections and governance frameworks to safeguard investment value.

Analyse impact of transactions on credit metrics, leverage, and capital structure.

Support covenant monitoring and ensure compliance with lender obligations.

Profile

A successful Senior Manager Corporate Finance should have:

• A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end M&A, corporate finance within the Energy, Infrastructure or Industrials sector.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant experience post qualification.
• Expertise M&A deal structuring.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
