About ISPP:

We focus on equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate public policy and governance challenges.

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for managing career services, strengthening alumni relations, and enhancing industry engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience in career development, stakeholder engagement, and a strong professional network across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Career Services:

Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters across industries to facilitate job and internship placements for ISPP scholars.

Guide students in career planning, resume building, and interview preparation.

Organize placement drives, networking events, and career fairs.

Track employment outcomes and prepare placement reports.

Alumni Relations:

Build and maintain a strong alumni network to support mentoring, guest lectures, and recruitment opportunities.

Develop engagement strategies, including alumni meetups, newsletters, and success stories.

Encourage alumni to contribute to ISPP through mentorship, hiring, and event participation.

Industry Engagements:

Establish partnerships with corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations for knowledge-sharing and capacity-building programmes.

Organize industry panels, roundtable discussions, and guest lectures with policy leaders and executives.

Collaborate with organizations to explore executive education and training opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Public Policy, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in career services, industry partnerships, or alumni relations is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong professional network across corporate, government, and development sectors.

Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for public policy and education.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
