Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the risk advisory and audit division while directing and driving the success of multiple engagements.

·       Must be able to run and control Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits.

·       Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards (Ind-AS/IFRS), and regulatory requirements.

·       Identify process improvements and implement best audit practices.

·       Experience of handling Due Diligence assignments and good knowledge of Forensic / Fraud investigations.

·       Managing a portfolio of clients with focus on ensuring timeliness and quality of all audit assignments.

·       Develop a growth strategy of business vertical focused both on gross margins and client satisfaction

·       Keeping abreast of latest developments to align with the Firm’s standards and policies

·       Ensure that the audit resources are appropriate, sufficient and effectively deployed to achieve the organizational goals approved by the Board. 

·       Introducing the best industry practices in the firm by conducting regular training and developmental exercises.

·       Responding to government/statutory/autonomous body’s investigations and queries as the principal point of contact.

Requirement: ·      

·    Qualified Chartered Accountant with PQE of 8-10 years including leadership role with reputed CA / Consulting Firm

·       Knowledge of Ind-AS and IFRS

·       Preferable experience in audit of MNC companies. Audit of Govt companies would be a value add.

·       Capable of examining and analysing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards

·       Skills in presenting audit reports clearly highlighting key audit recommendations to management

·       Should have managed clients from varied industries like Service, Trading and Manufacturing

·       Must be able to lead and manage team, Able to do multitasking, Good analytical skills

·       Good time management skills and the ability to priorities and maintain turnaround time

·       The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships while interacting with clients (good communication skills)
