The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Associate Director – Performance Marketing to lead and scale the company’s digital acquisition efforts. This role will own performance-driven growth across paid channels, optimize marketing ROI, and work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to drive measurable impact.

What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across channels including Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliate, and other paid platforms
  • User acquisition and growth, optimizing CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics
  • Campaign planning, execution, and optimization across web and app funnels
  • Budget management and allocation across channels to maximize ROI
  • Experimentation and A/B testing across creatives, targeting, and landing pages
  • Performance analytics and reporting, using data to identify insights and growth opportunities
  • Collaboration with product, design, and analytics teams to improve funnel performance and conversion rates
  • Managing and mentoring performance marketing team members and external agencies (if applicable)

  • What We’re Looking For
  • 5–10 years of experience in performance or growth marketing within consumer internet, D2C, fintech, e-commerce, gaming, or similar digital-first companies
  • Strong hands-on expertise in paid acquisition platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, and affiliate networks
  • Proven track record of scaling performance campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data dashboards, attribution tools, and experimentation frameworks
