Job Summary:

RK Multimedia Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Machine Operator to operate and manage Laser, CNC Router, Flex Printing, Eco Solvent, and UV Solvent printing machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and completing jobs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation

 Operate Laser cutting, CNC Router, Flex printing, Eco Solvent, and UV Solvent machines efficiently.

 Set up machines properly before production and ensure correct execution of printing and cutting jobs.

 Ensure machines are operated safely and efficiently.

Production Management

 Handle printing and cutting on materials such as Flex, Vinyl, Acrylic, Sunboard, ACP, MDF, and other signage materials.

 Complete assigned production work within timelines.

 Ensure minimum material wastage and maximum productivity.

File and Software Handling

 Check and prepare print files using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and RIP software.

 Ensure correct sizing, alignment, and color accuracy before printing.

Machine Maintenance and Troubleshooting

 Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of machines.

 Identify machine issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.

Quality Control

 Ensure high-quality printing and cutting output.

 Check finished products to meet company standards.

Team Supervision and Coordination

 Supervise junior operators and helpers.

 Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow.

Safety and Workplace Discipline

 Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the production area.

 Follow company rules and production guidelines.

Required Skills:

 Experience in operating Laser, CNC Router, Flex, Eco Solvent, and UV printing machines

 Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and RIP software

 Knowledge of signage production materials and processes

 Troubleshooting and machine handling skills

 Ability to work independently and supervise team members

Experience Required:

 Minimum 4–7 years of experience in signage, advertising, or printing industry

 Experience in handling multiple machines independently is mandatory

Qualification:

 Minimum 10th / 12th pass

Salary:

 Salary will be depending on experience and skills.

 Final salary will be decided based on interview and practical evaluation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
