Job Description: Backend Developer (Java)

Role: Backend Developer

Experience: 7–8 Years

Location: Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java,

Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Jenkins to join our engineering team. The

role involves building scalable backend services, working in a microservices-based

architecture, and collaborating closely with DevOps and frontend teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Build and manage microservices-based architectures with high scalability and

• performance.

• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless system integration.

• Work with AWS services for application deployment, monitoring, and scalability.

• Integrate applications with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and DevOps.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Participate in design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

Experience :

Must-Have Skills

• 7–8 years of strong backend development experience.

• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.

• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.

• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).

• Experience using Jenkins for CI/CD automation.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, multithreading, and JVM concepts.

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).

• Good understanding of Git-based version control systems.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Exposure to message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ).

• Knowledge of system design and performance optimization.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
