Role Description

The Senior HR Executive will oversee and manage human resources functions in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Dadri location. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, managing employee relations, developing HR strategies, as well as supporting training and development initiatives. The role involves fostering a positive workplace environment and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Understanding of HR Compliance, Labor Laws, and Company Policy Development
  • Strong skills in Communication, Documentation, and HR Reporting
  • Ability to design and implement Training, Development, and Employee Engagement programs
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas or related industries
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and people management skills
