We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Carer to join our friendly and dedicated domiciliary care team in Bournemouth.

About the Role

As a Senior Carer, you will support the delivery of high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You will also provide guidance and support to care staff and assist with care planning and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care in clients' homes
• Provide care to our service users
• Administer medication in line with policies
• Support and mentor care assistants
• Assist with care assessments and care plan updates
• Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
• Participate in on-call duties (if required)
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Previous experience in domiciliary care
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
