Elite Family Salon & Academy is looking for a Senior Hair Dresser & Trainer who is passionate about hairstyling and mentoring upcoming professionals. The candidate should have strong technical skills in hair services along with the ability to train and guide junior stylists and students in the academy.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional hair services including haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, smoothening, keratin, and hair treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and style preferences.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior hairdressers and academy students in modern haircutting, styling techniques, and salon hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate new trends, techniques, and products to the team.
- Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and tool maintenance in the salon.
- Assist in creating training modules and practical sessions for students.
- Support the salon in maintaining skilled service standards and brand reputation.

Requirements

- 3–6+ years of experience as a professional hairdresser.
- Experience in teaching or training is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of modern haircutting, coloring, and chemical treatments.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills.
- Ability to lead a team and train beginners.
- Professional attitude and passion for the beauty industry.
