Role: Guidewire ClaimsCenter Data Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 12 Months+

Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 3 Days a week In-Office - Pune, India

We’re seeking a Senior Claims Data Analyst with strong Guidewire ClaimCenter and P&C insurance experience to drive data accuracy, insights, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large commercial P&C claims datasets to identify trends and issues Build dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI / QlikView Perform root-cause analysis and recommend data-driven improvements Support data mapping, migration, ETL, and reconciliation in Guidewire ClaimCenter Act as a moderator for ClaimCenter master data mapping & integrations Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business stakeholders Present insights clearly to leadership and non-technical audiences

Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years in claims data analysis (insurance / P&C preferred) Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter Expertise in SQL / PL-SQL / T-SQL and ETL tools Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query) Experience with data visualization tools Solid understanding of P&C insurance concepts

Nice to Have:
Python / SAS, predictive analytics, ML exposure AI tools and automation experience
