Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and digital ads.
• Lead and guide the creative direction for design projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, video, and content teams to produce cohesive visual campaigns.
• Develop brand identities, design systems, and creative concepts.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and digital design work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to think creatively and solve design challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with marketing or digital agencies is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics or basic video editing knowledge.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ability to manage junior designers or lead creative direction.
