  • *Role & responsibilities**
  • Own end-to-end visual and motion design across marketing, branding, and digital platforms
  • Create visual narratives, illustrations, and motion assets explaining AI, ML, analytics, and IT solutions.
  • Develop storyboards and motion concepts for 2D animated, explainer, and product videos
  • Design and maintain brand-aligned ads, brochures, presentations (PPTs), logos, and marketing collateral
  • Produce engaging motion graphics and AV videos for campaigns and product storytelling
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Create and optimize regular social media creatives, including paid ad formats
  • Maintain visual consistency and elevate overall brand quality
  • *Skills & Experience Required:**
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, branding, and digital work (mandatory)
  • Advanced proficiency in , especially:
  • After Effects
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Strong working knowledge of video editing tools
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Motion design principles
  • Visual aesthetics and composition
  • Color correction and audio integration
  • Experience in creating performance-driven social media and advertising creatives
  • Working understanding of AI, ML, analytics, and IT industry concepts
  • Ability to visually represent workflows, data pipelines, models, and platforms
  • Experience designing B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology creatives (preferred)
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and execution skills
  • Ability to work independently in a high-growth startup environment.
