Role Summary & Role Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our agile team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality, scalable software solutions aligned with business goals. This role focuses on Java‑based backend services and ReactJS front‑end applications. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in developing enterprise applications using Java and ReactJS
• Analyze business requirements and develop high‑quality, scalable software solutions
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, Microservices architecture
• Hands‑on experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate / JPA
• Strong experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
• Good experience in ReactJS and modern front‑end development practices
• Strong understanding of core Java concepts, object‑oriented design, and design patterns
• Develop and maintain high‑quality code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in full‑stack and web development
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Experience in leading development initiatives and contributing to design and estimation

• SQL / RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON
• ReactJS, Node.js
• Front‑end build tools such as npm, Webpack, Babel
• Version control systems (Git)

Good‑to‑Have Skills

• Cloud exposure (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
