This isn’t a maintenance project.

This is greenfield, high-ownership, zero-bureaucracy product building.

• UI Developers (React / MERN)
• UX Designers (Figma / Workflow Design)

🎯 Role 1: UI Developer (React / MERN)

You will:

• Build fast, scalable, production-grade React apps
• Translate Figma → pixel-perfect UI
• Work on complex workflows, forms, and real-time interactions
• Optimize performance (rendering, bundles, API flows)
• Collaborate deeply with UX + backend + AI teams

You should have:

• Strong React + TypeScript fundamentals
• Experience with SPAs, state management, performance tuning
• Eye for detail (this matters more than you think)
• Ability to own features end-to-end

Bonus:

• WebRTC / real-time systems
• Micro-frontends
• AWS-aware frontend deployments

🎯 Role 2: UX Designer (Product / Systems Thinker)

You will:

• Design end-to-end workflows for legal operations
• Simplify complex, messy real-world processes
• Build high-quality Figma prototypes ready for production
• Must've used Pencil.dev extensively in your previous projects
• Define design systems, interaction patterns, and usability standards
• Work directly with engineers (no “throw over the wall” design)

You should have:

• Strong portfolio (non-negotiable)
• Experience designing complex B2B / SaaS workflows
• Ability to think in flows, not just screens
• Obsession with clarity, usability, and simplicity

Bonus:

• Experience with AI-driven interfaces
• Familiarity with frontend systems (React, components, etc.)
