A Senior Food Technologist leads the research, development, and commercialization of current or modified food products while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

• *Product Development & Innovation:** Drive end-to-end development, from concept to commercialization, including conducting trials, pilot runs, and factory-scale validations.**Quality & Safety Assurance:** Ensure products meet strict quality, safety, and nutritional standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.), and maintain regulatory compliance.**Formulation & Cost Optimization:** Modify existing recipes to improve flavor, texture, and shelf life while optimizing raw material costs.**Technical Leadership:** Lead technical projects, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior staff.**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with marketing, procurement, and manufacturing teams to bring products to market.*Required Qualifications & Skills****Education:** A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields.**Experience:** Several years of experience in food manufacturing or R&D;, typically in a mid-senior level role.**Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of food microbiology, ingredients, processing technologies, and sensory evaluation.**Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
