Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and profitability. Manage the P&L for assigned brands, setting targets and monitoring financial performance. Conduct market research, consumer analysis, and competitive landscaping to identify growth opportunities. Develop and implement integrated marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and digital initiatives. Oversee product innovation, from concept development to successful market launch. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and execution. Manage relationships with external agencies (advertising, PR, research). Analyze brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution. Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG sector. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing FMCG brands. Strong understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and brand strategy development. Experience with P&L management and financial forecasting. Excellent marketing analytics, campaign execution, and project management skills. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in marketing software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
