Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA. Experience with financial software and ERP systems. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
