Job Title: Finance Cum Accountant (Manufacturing & Retail)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Cum Accountant to handle accounting, financial reporting, banking coordination, and statutory compliance for both manufacturing and retail operations. The role includes managing financial records, supporting finance generation (loans/working capital), monitoring inventory and production costs, and maintaining smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally/ERP systems.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
  • Maintain general ledger and financial records.

  • 2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor store-wise and product-wise profitability.
  • Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  • 3. Banking & Finance Management
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loans, working capital, and credit facilities.
  • Prepare financial documents required for loan applications and bank submissions.
  • Handle bank transactions, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain relationships with banking partners.

  • 4. Manufacturing Finance
  • Track production costs, raw material consumption, and manufacturing expenses.
  • Monitor inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
  • Assist in costing of products and margin analysis.

  • 5. Retail Finance Operations
  • Reconcile daily sales from POS systems with cash, card, and digital payments.
  • Monitor store revenue, expenses, and stock movement.
  • Ensure accurate inventory and sales accounting.

  • 6. Taxation & Compliance
  • Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.

  • 7. Vendor & Payment Management
  • Manage vendor invoices and payment schedules.
  • Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor cash flow and expense control.

  • Required Qualifications
  • B.Com / M.Com

  • Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, manufacturing costing, and retail finance operations.
  • Experience with Tally, ERP, and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST, taxation, and compliance.
  • Ability to coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate with Bank and CA .

  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience in manufacturing companies with retail distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and production costing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
