As an Executive-Brand & Social Media Marketing, you will be responsible for managing all social media handles and online community initiatives. Your focus will be on driving engagement, sparking conversations, and building a strong, active community among a Gen Z audience (1825 years). You will track national and global competitors to identify trends, insights, and best practices to strengthen the brand's social media presence.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Ensuring consistent posting as per the content calendar
- Supporting campaign launches and always-on content initiatives
- Creating engaging content ideas aligned with Gen Z culture
- Engaging with users via comments, messages, mentions, and conversations
- Helping build and nurture an active online community
- Tracking national and global competitor brands in EdTech and D2C
- Monitoring trends, memes, formats, and platform updates
- Sharing insights and ideas to keep the brand culturally relevant
- Contributing fresh content and format ideas
- Participating in brainstorming for campaigns and topical content
- Experimenting with new storytelling and engagement approaches
- Tracking metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Assisting in preparing performance summaries and insights
- Working closely with design, content, and brand teams
- Ensuring consistency in messaging and timely execution

The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in EdTech, D2C, or consumer internet brands preferred
- Strong understanding of Gen Z audiences
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media analytic tools and performance
- Hands-on experience in creating campaigns, brainstorming, and driving social tasks

Qualification & Experience:
- 23 years of experience in social media management
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related degree
