The Senior Executive HR & Administration will be responsible for managing human resources functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations of the organization. The role requires strong coordination skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to support leadership in building an efficient, disciplined, and performance-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Draft HR policies, appointment letters, and employment documentation

  • Administration
  • Oversee office administration and facility management
  • Coordinate vendor management, procurement, and asset tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal systems and documentation protocols
  • Support management in event coordination and official communications
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)

  • Key Skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and labour regulations

  • Experience & Qualification
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
