Roles & Responsibilities – ERP Implementation

• Lead the ERP Implementation Project:

Manage the complete ERP implementation lifecycle from planning, design, execution, testing, to go-live and post-implementation support.

• Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful ERP deployment.

• Team Leadership:

Lead and coordinate internal project teams, consultants, and vendors involved in ERP implementation.

• Requirement Gathering:

Work closely with business stakeholders and department heads to gather and document business requirements.

• ERP System Configuration:

Ensure the SAP / ERP system is configured and customized according to business processes and operational needs.

• Process Mapping & Optimization:

Analyze current business processes and align them with ERP modules and best practices.

• Testing & Validation:

Oversee system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validation to ensure the ERP system works correctly before deployment.

• User Training & Support:

Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide support during system adoption.

• Risk & Issue Management:

Identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.

• Vendor Management:

Coordinate with ERP vendors, implementation partners, and external consultants to ensure smooth project execution.

• Change Management:

Support the organization in adapting to new systems and processes introduced through ERP implementation.

• Post-Implementation Support:

Monitor system performance after go-live and manage continuous improvements and system optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
