    • Electrical Design

    Engineer (Building Services)**

    Experience: 8+ Years

    Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical design for **Commercial & Residential Building projects**
  • Prepare **Load calculations, Voltage Drop, Fault Current, Short Circuit Analysis**
  • Develop **Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Panel Schedules, Lighting Layouts**
  • Design **LV & MV Power Distribution Systems**
  • Design **Lightning Protection, Earthing & Fire Alarm Systems**
  • Perform **Illumination calculations and cable sizing**
  • Coordinate with **BIM and MEP teams**
  • Ensure compliance with **IEC, NEC, NFPA, BS standards**
  • Tools Required: Revit MEP, AutoCAD,Navisworks Manage, Dialux / Visual / Elum,ETAP / SKM, MS Office,Title-24 / Comcheck
  • *Job 2 – Electrical Design Engineer (Data Center)**

    • Experience: 6+ Years

    Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical design for **Data Center infrastructure**
  • Design **UPS, Generators, Switchgear and PDUs**
  • Prepare **SLD, Load Calculations and Panel Schedules**
  • Model **Electrical systems in Revit**
  • Coordinate with **MEP teams using Navisworks**
  • Ensure compliance with **TIA-942, NFPA and IEC standards**
  • Support **QA/QC and BIM Execution Plans**
  • Tools Required: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • *Job 3 – ELV Design Engineer (Data Center)**

    • Experience: 6+ Years

    Key Responsibilities
  • Design **ELV and ICT systems for Data Centers**
  • Develop **CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm and BMS systems**
  • Prepare **ELV Schematics, Riser Diagrams and Layouts**
  • Design **Structured Cabling and Network Infrastructure**
  • Coordinate with MEP teams for clash-free designs
  • Ensure compliance with **BICSI, NFPA and TIA-942 standards**
  • Tools Required: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
