We are looking for a visionary Product Leader, someone who thinks in systems, breathes AI, and wants to build the world's most relied-upon intelligence and sourcing platform, from India for the world.

What You Will Architect

As the Head of Product, you will be the "CEO of the Product, " reporting directly to the CPTO. You will own:

• The Agentic Roadmap: Move beyond dashboards. You will design Multi-Agent Systems that don't just "show" data but "execute" sourcingnegotiating, predicting price troughs, and identifying "black swan" risks autonomously.
• The 1Data Moat: Turn our massive electronics ontology into a self-evolving Knowledge Graph. You will define how we use LLMs, RAG, and Graph Neural Networks to outperform legacy giants like SiliconExpert and Z2Data.
• Category Creation: Define the "1Buy Standard. " You aren't just matching features with competitors; you are defining the new UX for the "Autonomous Buyer. "
• High-Velocity Growth: Work in a high-trust, high-speed "triad" with Engineering and Data Science to move from hypothesis to global release in weeks, not quarters.

Responsibilities:

• Define a clear product strategy that positions 1Buy.ai as the most intelligent and accurate electronics sourcing platform globally.
• Own the roadmap across 1Data, 1Source, and 1Excess, with AI-native capabilities as the default.
• Build a strong competitive posture across intelligence depth, coverage, speed, and usability.
• Shape the product narrative for customers, partners, analysts, and investors.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in product management, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS and data-driven platforms; supply chain or procurement experience is a major plus.
• MBA from a Tier-1 institution; electronics engineering background preferred.
• Proven experience scaling products from early stages to enterprise adoption.
• Solid understanding of AI systems, including LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prediction, clustering, and anomaly detection.
• Experience working with high-scale data platforms, catalogues, pricing engines, or intelligence products.
• Ability to work fluently with engineering, design, AI teams, and enterprise customers.
• Comfortable acting as an external product evangelist.
• Clear thinking, structured communication, and a strong bias for action.

• You are a rare breed of product thinker who is equally comfortable debating vector database latency with engineers and BOM optimisation strategy withBOM optimization strategywith a Fortune 500 CPO.
• The Pedigree: Alumni of Tier-1 institutions (IIT, BITS, ISB, US IVY League, or global equivalents) with 10-15+ years of high-impact experience.
• The Track Record: You have been a key player in a successful B2B/SaaS or AI-first startup(think Mindtickle, BrowserStack, or high-growth Silicon Valley startups). You know what "winning" looks like at scale.
• AI Native: You don't just "use" AI; you understand the mechanics of embeddings, similarity search, and predictive modelling. You can spot the difference between a "wrapper" and a "moat. "
• Global Mindset: You build for the user in San Jose, Munich, and Shenzhen simultaneously.
