Requirements We are looking for a Senior CRM Specialist that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months. Mission: Build & Operate world-class CRM system (in Hubspot) to enable the Customer Success Team to increase upsell rates & Sleek’s ARPU, globally. Outcomes:
  • Bring all relevant customer data into Hubspot which allows the Customer Success team to identify upsell opportunities. Launch in HK & SG within 3 months, fast followed by AU then UK, and iterate to improve • Design and implement trigger-based campaigns, nurture flows, and sales pipeline automations in HubSpot to achieve 100% tracking of upsell pitches • Maintain data hygiene and campaign accuracy (<2% error rate) Key Responsibilities • Audit our current HubSpot setup, data structure, and integrations for upsell and LTV growth • Build a segmentation model based on lifecycle stage, current portfolio of services and growth potential • Design and implement trigger-based campaigns, nurture flows, and sales pipeline automations in HubSpot • Partner with marketing, sales, and content teams to develop messaging and offers for each stage • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to track all key metrics • Maintain data hygiene and campaign accuracy (<10% error rate) • Document systems and build a scalable playbook for internal teams • Work independently to provide regular progress reports and performance To do this you will have: • 4–7+ years experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing / marketing automation (HubSpot expertise essential) or Sales operations experience, mainly in big tech. • Proven ability to design and execute multi-stage customer journeys that drive measurable revenue • Strong data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimising CLV, retention, and upsell metrics • Comfortable building complex workflows, segments, and automations inside HubSpot or in any one major CRM system (Salesforce, Braze etc.) • Collaborative and proactive — able to work with cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver under tight timelines • Trained in data analysis or proven experience in building own dashboards and metrics tracking Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles: Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team.
