About the Role

We’re looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer who understands modern digital design, branding, and social media storytelling. This role focuses on creating bold, Gen Z–style creatives for fast-growing D2C startups.

You will work closely with founders and marketing teams to shape brand identity, develop visual guidelines, and create high-impact creatives across digital platforms.

What You’ll Work On

• Social media creatives and campaign visuals
• Brand identity and visual systems for startup brands
• Ad creatives for performance marketing
• Banners, marketing collaterals, and digital assets
• Short-form reels and social media video edits
• Maintaining consistent brand tone and visual language

Most of the role focuses on static design, with around 25% dedicated to short-form video and reels editing.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design for digital platforms
• Strong understanding of brand identity, color systems, typography, and visual guidelines
• Ability to create bold, modern, Gen Z–friendly social media creatives
• Experience designing ad creatives and marketing visuals
• Comfortable editing short-form videos and reels
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, and digital campaigns
