Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Content Manager with a strong journalistic background to lead and oversee content creation across PR, digital, and brand communication initiatives. The role requires exceptional storytelling abilities, strong editorial judgment, and the capability to translate brand narratives into compelling media-ready content.

Candidates with prior experience in journalism, editorial roles, or media houses will be preferred, as the role requires a strong understanding of news angles, media expectations, and impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with client communication goals and PR campaigns.

• Content Development

Create and supervise high-quality content including press releases, media pitches, articles, blogs, opinion pieces, social media content, website copy, and campaign narratives.

• Editorial & Media-Focused Writing

Leverage journalistic skills to craft compelling, newsworthy stories that align with media expectations and increase coverage potential.

• Client Servicing Support

Work closely with PR and account teams to understand client requirements and deliver impactful communication content.

• Editorial Oversight

Review, edit, and approve content to ensure quality, brand consistency, and messaging alignment.

• Campaign & Storytelling

Craft compelling brand stories and campaign concepts that resonate with media, influencers, and target audiences.

• Team Management

Lead and mentor content executives and associates, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

• Media & Trend Alignment

Stay updated with industry trends, news cycles, and digital content formats to enhance storytelling.

• Cross-Team Collaboration

Collaborate with influencer marketing, digital marketing, and PR teams for integrated campaigns.

• Quality & Deadline Management

Ensure all deliverables are accurate, creative, and delivered within deadlines.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
