Key Responsibilities:

    • Leading and delivering consulting projects.

    • Supervising and mentoring team members.

    • Conceptualizing and writing proposals.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Master’s Degree or MBA with consistently good academic credentials.

    • Preferred Specialization: Marketing / Human Resources.

    • 5+ years of experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.

    • Competencies: Team management, excellent communication, strong analytical and conceptual ability, confident and positive attitude, entrepreneurial approach, result-driven, and quality-oriented.
