Role: Project Manager

Industry: Luxury Apartments/ Hospitality

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: 8–10 years

Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Luxury Apartments/ Hospitality projects in line with approved scope, timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Luxury Apartments/ Hospitality construction projects from mobilization through completion and handover
• Coordinate with architects, structural, facility planner, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure integrated project delivery
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and statutory compliance
• Oversee civil work, finishing activities, and MEP coordination with a strong focus on Luxury Apartments/ Hospitality requirements
• Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control procedures, and local authority norms
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve execution, coordination, and technical challenges to prevent delays or cost overruns

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, with mandatory experience in Luxury Apartments/ Hospitality construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, premium finishing standards, and MEP integration
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead site teams effectively
• Strong planning, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Competencies

• Experience in branded or luxury apartments/ hospitality developments
• Familiarity with hospitality-specific design standards and operational requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting / project management tools
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools
