Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior creative and brand leader to lead and manage the Group Brand and Creative function. This role is responsible for defining, building, and executing the creative vision across all business verticals, including new ventures, core platforms, and strategic growth initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines creative direction, brand strategy, campaign development, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable shaping long-term brand systems and driving day-to-day execution across multiple channels, teams, and markets.

The role requires end-to-end ownership — from concept and strategy through

to production and launch — ensuring creative excellence and high-quality

execution across every customer touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Creation & Identity Systems

- Lead the creation of brand identities for new businesses, products, and vertical launches.
- Develop comprehensive brand systems including visual identity, typography, color systems, motion language, packaging frameworks, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency and scalability of brand systems across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to translate business strategy into solid, differentiated brands.

2. Campaign Strategy & Creative Direction

- Own the creative strategy and execution of large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns including key commercial moments such as Ramadan, major sale events, and strategic growth campaigns.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development: concept creation, creative direction, design systems, rollout strategy, and execution across all channels.
- Translate business objectives into impactful creative platforms that drive measurable growth.
- Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest creative and production standards.

3. Execution Across ATL, BTL & Experiential Channels

- Oversee full execution of campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and on ground channels.
- Lead development and execution of physical activations including installations, experiential marketing, and community activations.
- Work closely with internal teams, production partners, and vendors to prototype, produce, and deploy on-ground assets.
- Ensure operational excellence in execution, timelines, and quality across all campaign touchpoints.
- Execution ownership is a critical component of this role — ensuring that creative ideas are delivered effectively and at scale.

4. Packaging, Physical Brand & Production

- Lead packaging design and production across all product categories and business units.
- Establish scalable packaging systems aligned with brand strategy and operational needs.
- Oversee production processes including material selection, vendor coordination, prototyping, and final delivery.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all physical brand expressions.

5. Team Leadership & Organizational Development

- Lead and manage the central brand and design team across multiple disciplines including brand design, campaign design, packaging, and experiential.
- Provide clear creative direction, mentorship, and operational leadership to the team.
- Build scalable creative processes and workflows to support a fast growing, multi-business environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, business, and leadership.

6. Strategic & CEO-Led Special Projects

- Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Lead creative development for new ventures, brand transformations, and business innovation projects.
- Translate ambiguous or early-stage ideas into tangible creative platforms and execution plans.

- Own creative and brand execution across multiple business verticals and markets.
- Directly influence brand perception, customer experience, and business growth.
- Shape the creative direction of one of the region’s most dynamic and fast-growing consumer platforms.

- 10–15+ years in brand, creative, or design leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale campaigns and brand systems.
