Description: Role Summary: Lead strategic brand initiatives to drive growth, strengthen brand equity and deliver business results through insights-led marketing and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategy aligned with business goals. - Own new product development (NPD) lifecycle from concept to launch. - Leverage consumer & market insights to shape brand positioning and communication. - Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, ATL/BTL). - Monitor competitive landscape and identify white-space opportunities. - Manage and optimize brand marketing budgets. - Work closely with Sales, Trade & E-commerce teams for in-market execution. - Provide leadership to junior brand team members. Core Skills & Experience: - Strong strategic thinking with experience in brand/business growth initiatives. - Demonstrated success in driving digital marketing and integrated campaigns. - Expertise in translating consumer insights into actionable marketing plans. - Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management skills.
