Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Backend Developer specializing in Node.js. The role is based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial remote work. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining server-side applications, optimizing code for performance and scalability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with the frontend. The position also offers an equity component, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s long-term success and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Node.js, JavaScript, and backend development frameworks
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs design, database modeling, and data structures
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, SQL, or other similar systems
• Knowledge in implementing secure and scalable server-side logic
• Familiarity with cloud services and hosting environments like AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining code for reliability and performance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in e-commerce or live commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong prioritization and time management skills for managing hybrid working arrangements
