Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Post Delivery – Technician Scheduling Support

Responsibilities

Support technician scheduling through data tracking, workload analysis, and schedule optimization.

Monitor post-delivery service readiness and flag gaps impacting installation or commissioning.

Analyze service turnaround time and technician utilization metrics.

Develop and maintain technician scheduling visibility dashboards tracking supplier installation and commissioning timelines across sites. (optional)

Monitor supplier adherence to planned installation schedules by analyzing requested vs confirmed execution dates.

Manage and analyze scheduling workflows through the client-built scheduling platform (Smartsheet-based tool) to track execution readiness. (optional)

Perform exception analytics to identify scheduling delays, resource availability constraints, and execution risks. (optional)

Generate supplier compliance scorecards measuring responsiveness, scheduling adherence, and installation performance. (optional)

Maintain centralized execution tracking databases integrating contractor requests, supplier confirmations, and project milestone data.

Support onboarding and enablement of suppliers on digital scheduling platforms, ensuring adoption and data accuracy.

Conduct trend analysis on technician deployment efficiency and identify optimization opportunities. (optional)

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging scheduling performance insights and workflow automation opportunities.

Support data governance by ensuring audit-ready execution documentation and compliance tracking. (optional)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s in operations management, Analytics, Engineering, or Business Administration

Exposure to ERP or project tracking platforms (SAP, Oracle, Procore, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

Technical Skills

Workforce scheduling analytics

Service request tracking and turnaround monitoring

Productivity and utilization reporting (optional)

Basic forecasting for technician workload planning (optional)

Functional Skills

Understanding service lifecycle and installation workflows

SLA tracking and compliance reporting

Coordination across field teams and operations teams (optional)

Behavioural Skills

Strong organizational skills

Stakeholder engagement capability (optional)

Analytics & Tools

Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)

Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Procore / Similar)
