Role: Senior Associate- Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL), Kolkata

Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluation Frameworks & Systems
• Design and implement robust MEL frameworks for all organizational programs.
• Lead the planning and execution of evaluation cycles, including baseline, midline, and end-line studies.
• Align evaluation systems with program objectives and organizational strategy.
2. Data Collection & Analysis
• Develop digital and manual data collection tools for students, teachers, and community engagement programs.
• Utilize Python or R to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Manage data integrity, security, and quality assurance processes.
3. Partnership & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with external research partners to ensure deliverables meet timelines.
• Present evaluation findings and insights to leadership, funders, and stakeholders.
4. Dashboards & Reporting
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor KPIs across multiple projects.
• Translate complex data into accessible reports and briefs for leadership and donors.
5. Capacity Building
• Train internal teams on data collection and the use of MEL systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Requisite Qualifications & Skills
• Technical: Proven experience using Python or R for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
• Tools: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Analysis: Advanced statistical analysis skills and knowledge of evaluation methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bengali is considered an asset.
