Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Associate – Influencer Acquisition who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, negotiating, and building strong relationships with influencers across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to source high-quality influencers aligned with brand requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Sourcing & Acquisition
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others based on campaign requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline/database of creators across categories and tiers (nano to celebrity)
  • Ensure diversity in creator pool across regions, languages, and content niches
  • Stay updated with emerging creators, trends, and platform algorithm changes

  • 2. Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management
  • Initiate and manage communication with influencers, talent managers, and agencies
  • Build long-term relationships with creators for repeat collaborations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencer onboarding and negotiations
  • Maintain a well-organized influencer database with updated contact and commercial details

  • 3. Negotiation & Cost Optimization
  • Negotiate commercials with influencers to secure the best rates aligned with campaign budgets
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality and relevance of creators
  • Benchmark influencer pricing based on category, engagement, and past performance
  • Work closely with internal pricing/procurement teams to finalize deals

  • 4. Campaign Alignment
  • Collaborate with Planning & Strategy team to understand brand briefs and campaign objectives
  • Ensure the shortlisted influencers align with brand tonality, target audience, and deliverables
  • Support the campaign execution team by ensuring timely onboarding and confirmations

  • 5. Data & Performance Tracking
  • Track influencer performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and audience quality
  • Maintain reports on influencer cost vs performance to optimize future acquisitions
  • Use insights to refine sourcing and negotiation strategies

  • 6. Market Research & Trends
  • Conduct ongoing research on influencer trends, content formats, and platform updates
  • Identify high-performing creators and upcoming trends across categories
  • Provide inputs to internal teams on creator trends and market benchmarks

  • Key Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent acquisition, or creator partnerships
  • Strong network of influencers, talent managers, or agencies is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
