As a Senior Data Researcher at Forbes Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the Data Research team by collecting, classifying, and reviewing data to enhance articles across Forbes Marketplace properties. Your responsibilities include leading a subgroup of researchers, overseeing their work, ensuring high-quality data research and insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Collaborating closely with the Data Research Manager, you will implement strategies, streamline processes, and mentor associate researchers to achieve organizational goals effectively.

• *Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a subgroup of data researchers, assign tasks, provide direction, and monitor progress
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of research topics to provide support to researchers
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks and validation processes
- Mentor and coach new joiners and associate researchers
- Perform research on high-priority projects and meet required standards and timelines
- Monitor and report on subgroup performance, offering feedback for improvement
- Manage multiple data research projects simultaneously to meet business objectives

• *Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in data research or analysis
- Demonstrated track record of leading or mentoring a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in project management
- Proficient in data entry and record-keeping
