Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Art Director / 3D Artist who can lead visual concepts and execute high-quality 3D designs along with static graphic designs for advertising, branding, and event-related projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, spatial visualization, branding integration, and creative storytelling, and should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visual solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Design

• Understand business objectives and client briefs and translate them into creative concepts, visual directions, and design solutions aligned with brand and campaign requirements.
• Guide and contribute to overall creative direction for campaigns, events, installations, and branding projects.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop innovative visual storytelling concepts.

3D Design & Visualization

• Conceptualize, design, and visualize 3D environments, stalls, stages, event setups, installations, and spatial layouts as per approved measurements and specifications.
• Create high-quality 3D models, layouts, lighting setups, textures, and renders for client presentations and internal planning.
• Ensure accuracy in scale, proportions, materials, and spatial planning across all 3D outputs.
• Stay updated with modern rendering techniques and visualization styles relevant to advertising, events, and brand activations.

Graphic & Static Design Support

• Work closely with the Graphic Design team to integrate branding, graphics, and visual elements into 3D environments.
• Assist in creating static creatives, layouts, mockups, presentation visuals, and branding elements where required.
• Ensure brand consistency across static and 3D visual outputs for campaigns and presentations.

Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate with client servicing, production, and execution teams to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and execution-friendly.
• Possess working knowledge of materials used in fabrication, printing, branding, and event setups to ensure designs are realistic and feasible.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions as part of the creative team.
• Make revisions and improvements based on feedback while maintaining design quality.

Software & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Blender / 3ds Max / SketchUp / Cinema 4D
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Understanding of 3D rendering, lighting, texturing, and spatial planning
• Experience working on branding and event visualization projects is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience required: 5+ years upto 10 years.
• Experience in advertising agencies, event management companies, or digital marketing firms preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualization and graphic design work
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
