About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to join our growing architectural practice in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in residential and commercial projects, the ability to manage design development independently, and hands-on experience with both office-based work and site coordination.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute creatively to diverse and challenging assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop architectural design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
Manage residential and commercial architectural projects from concept to execution
Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and basic project documentation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Conduct regular site visits and provide architectural supervision
Ensure compliance with local building bylaws, codes, and regulations
Review and guide junior architects and draftsmen when required
Monitor design quality, timelines, and project deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
Minimum 3–8 years of professional architectural experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD – Mandatory
Working knowledge of 3D software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or equivalent
Excellent design sensibility with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills
