Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide advanced technical support for Kellanova's Xtel application, ensuring smooth

operation and minimal downtime.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex application

issues.

 Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and

user experience.

 Lead the deployment of updates, patches, and new features, ensuring compatibility and

stability.

 Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for application

support.

 Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Required Skills and Experience:

 Extensive experience in application support, preferably 3-5 years, with Kantar's Xtel or

similar platforms.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

 Proficiency in relevant tools.

 Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively.

 A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Familiarity with Kantar's Xtel application and its functionalities.

 Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a technical team.

 Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
