You are a skilled and detail-oriented Private Equity (Infrastructure) Senior Analyst, responsible for financial analysis, industry research, and preparing client deliverables for PE projects. Your key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and assessing potential infrastructure investment opportunities through detailed market and sector research
- Performing comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and scenario analysis
- Analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics
- Evaluating sector and asset business models against the clients investment strategy
- Conducting in-depth commercial and business due diligence on target companies
- Developing detailed investment memoranda and due diligence materials
- Supporting management and expert interviews
- Monitoring portfolio company performance through KPI analysis
- Identifying operational improvement and value creation opportunities
- Supporting the development and execution of value creation initiatives

You should possess the following core competencies:

- 2-6 years of experience in PE/M&A, transaction advisory, Leveraged Finance, or valuation
- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
- Advanced Excel modeling expertise and high attention to detail
- Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications required for this role are:

- Post Graduation/ MBA in Finance domain/ CFA/CA
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in PE/IB domain
- Strong Accounting and financial skills
- Good MS Office Skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
