We are an AI native video ads agency. We produce polished, conversion-ready video ads for global clients (mobile apps, software platforms, D2C brands, service businesses). We just raised our first round of funding from Entrepreneurs First (a US VC backed by founder of Stripe, LinkedIn, etc).

The Role

You'll own the entire video pipeline: AI image and clip generation → post-production (audio, motion graphics, sound design) → final delivery. You'll also own the client relationship: understand their brief, manage expectations, deliver on time. You'll report to the Founders directly.

What You'll Do

• End-to-end video production using AI generation tools + traditional post-production
• Direct client communication with global clients
• Produce across formats: UGC, product shoots, cinematic, explainers
• Optimize every video for conversion: hooks, retention editing, pacing
• Stay current with the fast-moving AI video tooling landscape

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in video editing/production
• Experience with editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve (or similar)
• Hands-on with AI tools: Runway, Midjourney, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, or similar
• Experience with motion graphics
• Strong short-form storytelling instinct: you understand hooks, retention cuts, and CTAs
• Comfortable being the client's point of contact
