Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The role involves building scalable AI models, optimizing algorithms, leading technical initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models

Build and deploy AI solutions into production environments

Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights

Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy

Develop data pipelines and preprocessing frameworks

Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and developers

Conduct model evaluation, testing, and validation

Research and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies

Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards

Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and provide technical leadership

Education / Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field

Master’s degree or specialization in AI/ML preferred

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision (as applicable)

Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Understanding of MLOps and model deployment practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across teams
